My Story

For me, the magic of learning was ignited in a small one-room library with a dirt floor in the middle of Nigeria. Although I was eight years old, it was the first time I had ever seen that many books in one place. I remember the awe of that moment and that is what I bring to my students...every day...

As a certified teacher, I began my journey working with young children with special needs and later, as a mother, homeschooling my own two children. Seventeen years ago, as a private tutor, I brought the magic of learning to my home classroom where I have inspired and energized students from as young as 5 years of age to "non-traditional" adults returning to school to achieve their educational dreams.
